Attractive Building…Attractive Tenants

2100 Oretha Haley Blvd. was the longtime home of Katy's Beauty College. The years were unkind to the grand old Italianate lady and late 2011 saw her ragged and weary. Redmellon stepped in and after a little paint here and a little caulk there she is now our home. There are four rent-restricted residential units upstairs, and we are proud to share the downstairs office space with our friends at Bike Easy and Ride New Orleans. (All of whom are pretty easy on the eyes too.)
