What do you do in a neighborhood on brink…of revitalization? Redmellon renovated two long-vacant and blighted buildings on the 2400 block of St. Claude Ave. They are now home to a black box theater, a tea shop, and an art studio. What do you do when change is brewing and gentrification is, well, gentrifying? As part of the rehabilitation, four residential apartments upstairs are reserved long-term for low income residents. New Orleans belongs to ALL of us.
